In addition to not having a written SPCC Plan, this service center had oil and antifreeze spills throughout their location. This picture doesn't show the open floor drain on the other side of the un-dyked bulk tank. A floor drain, by the way, that did not have an oil/water separator and went directly into the main sewer line.Botton-line: the EPA made a surprise visit and found many reasons to make it a long visit writing up this owner/generator/location.
